We are very pleased with both the loft extension and the new kitchen you fitted. They are valuable enhancements to our home.

The loft extension involved major structural alterations to the roof timbers and these were carried out with minimum internal disruption by using a crane to bring in large timbers through the roof.

The fitted kitchen, loft and its en-suite shower room are finished to a high standard, with ample plumbing electrical fittings, and the new standard staircase to the loft has an impressive half-landing, and is a feature in itself.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality of your workmanship, and that you were able be very competitive in your quotation. We thought you managed the project very efficiently from start to finish, particularly in judging when to bring in appropriate tradesmen to keep the job running smoothly.

At last we have been able to look inside and all around the bungalow. Having only a messy memory of disaster we really did enjoy stepping into the place. It felt like paradise found! You, Eloise, your husband and the whole of your Company did a very good job to achieve this level of standard. Inside the bungalow it all really looks like new with all the up to date refinements and outside it is difficult to believe you had to dig the ground up for this that and the other.
