Project Management - from Plans to Completion

We take the hassle out of building your new loft conversion, house extension, new build, or any other building needs you may have.

Step One

Steve Horley will arrange to visit your home to make sure we can get your project through Planning and Building Regulations, and to run through any other important details you may require.

An exact quotation will be supplied, usually within 7 working days. Should you accept the quotation, then we go to Step Two.

Step Two

We then draw-up the plans and submit them to you, the customer, and make any alterations you may require.

When you are totally satisfied, we will then submit the plans to Planning and Building Regulations. We will also supply all the Structural Calculations your building control will require.

Step Three

When all is passed by Planning and Building Regulations, we arrive on site to carry out all work, to a very high standard, on an agreed date.

We can also work from existing plans, which have been passed, as you require. We offer free quotations without obligation.
