Singlw Storey Extension Romanby

Single Storey Extension to rear of bungalow and renovation to inside of bungalow due to flooding. The extension consisted of new bathroom with storage and study room with matching brick and roof tiles.

The Renovation consisted of new studwork partition walls with soundproof insulation fitted and all associating works were undertaken electrics etc, new bathroom with underfloor heating, new sliding mirrored wardrobes were fit to two bedrooms, new stone fire surround, hearth and gas fire installed.

Velux window to kitchen, folding roof ladders to loft. Property was fully decorated throughout. New French doors were also installed to existing property replacing a window. New boiler with full central heating was installed
